As part of the Solution

The Fontana Police Foundation (F.P.F.) is dedicated to serving and participating in our community. The most effective way to improve where we live and reduce crime is with the combined efforts of our citizens and Police Officers.

The F.P.F. is now working with the local businesses participating in what we consider the most important programs, many involving the youth of Fontana. Part of the purpose of the Foundation is to educate the public, take an active role in city projects and activities, and make our community a better, safer place to live.

Our goal this year is to sponsor programs that strive to provide contact between the community and Law Enforcement officers, actively helping our children and adult citizens both financially, and by being positive role models.

Your help is needed! The F.P.F. is asking you to stand beside us and be a sponsor in our Child Safety/Crime Prevention yearbook. Monies raised from this year’s sponsorships will allow the Association to support community groups and projects, such as:

• Pomona PD Officer Greggory Caillas Fund who died in the line of duty.
• Riverside PD Ronel Newton Fund who is suffering from lung cancer.
• American Legion Post #772 who was the victim of a burglary.
• Cannonball Memorial Run that raises funds to give to families who lost an Officer in the line of duty.
• American Cancer Society, Fontana-Red Ribbon Breakfast, Susan Komen Race for the Cure.

Your commitment to this cause can reach out and help touch thousands of lives, not just for a span of days or weeks, but for a lifetime. What you do really does make a difference.
